• "Cheque with Order", "Direct Banking" or "Credit Card Option" only.
• We accept VISA or MasterCard payments.
• Invoice method of purchase only by prior arrangement upon approval of Credit.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

• All prices shown on this web site are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST.
• Postage and packaging charges apply.
• Birds and Bees New Zealand reserve the right to adjust were needed postage and packaging charges on invoiced orders for weight.
• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us.
• Items may be returned within 7 days of date of invoice. However, returns shall only be accepted by Birds and Bees New Zealand if product(s) as well as packaging has been received by us in a re-saleable condition.
• Items damaged or broken due to improper use or normal wear and tear of product use after delivery to client will not be replaced. Freight charges to and from client are not covered in case of replacement or repair of item and additional freight charges may apply in case items will have to be returned to original 'manufacturer or supplier' by Birds and Bees New Zealand.
• Birds and Bees New Zealand will endeavour to maintain the listed prices, but due to exchange rate and price fluctuations prices are subject to change without notice. Confirmation of pricing will be provided prior to order processing in writing to client.
